Community Guidelines & Architectural Standards

Enforcement Policy
Residents are required to adhere to the Savannah Hills Community Covenants.Â

Security Protocols
Residents must present a pool card to enter the neighborhood pool. Individuals without their card will be asked to leave should the HOA decide to do a random check.

Waste Management
Residents are required to maintain clean common areas and follow designated waste disposal protocols. Trash cans from Waste Management should not be visible from the street (this is by rule of the covenants).

Property Maintenance
Regular upkeep of your individual yard and home's exterior is mandatory to preserve the neighborhood's aesthetic. Residents are responsible for the trimming of the yard, including all sides of their fence. Damage from storms should be fixed within a reasonable time-frame.

City Governed Areas
The city of O'Fallon is responsible for the maintenance of the Community Park, streets, and the drainage of the development. Ameren is responisble for the maintenance of the street lights.
